David Gilmour
On September 18th, David Gilmour will release Rattle That Lock, his first solo album in a decade. In anticipation, the Pink Floyd singer-guitarist has unveiled the album’s title track, which also serves as the lead single. Listen below.
Spanning nine tracks, Rattle That Lock was recorded by Gilmour in collaboration with Roxy Music’s Phil Manzanera, Jools Holland, and Gilmour’s wife, Polly Sampson, who assisted in writing the lyrics. Recording took place mostly in Gilmour’s Brighton, UK studio as well as on his houseboat.
