U2 have rebooked the Paris shows cancelled following the Parisian terrorist attacks. The Irish act pulled two arena shows in Paris scheduled for the weekend following the November 13 attacks, as the city went into lockdown. They have now re-booked the two shows for December 6 and 7 at the Accorhotels Arena, with the second show set to air on HBO, as had been planned for November 14 prior to the cancellations. The two shows will now close U2’s ‘Innocence and Experience’ Tour, being scheduled for after their four-night appearance in their hometown of Dublin, which gets underway tonight (November 23). In a statement at the time of their cancellation, U2 said: “We are devastated at the loss of life at the Eagles of Death Metal concert and our thoughts and prayers are with the band and their fans. And we hope and pray that all of our fans in Paris are safe.”
