Arctic Monkeys surprised fans with a stripped-back performance of ‘A Certain Romance’ during the final show of their hometown stint last night (September 22).
During the gig at Sheffield’s FlyDSA Arena, Alex Turner performed the ‘Whatever People Say I Am…’ track solo as a minimal drum machine loop played behind. The Monkeys haven’t performed the classic song since 2014’s ‘AM’ shows – in which Turner played an acoustic version.
